Do I need an appointment to sell?+
Walk-ins are welcome for smaller holdings; for estates or larger collections we recommend an appointment so a senior assayer is available.
How is my gold valued?+
Weight and fineness are verified in your presence and priced against the published reference price at the moment of the offer.
Do you buy jewelry and estate gold?+
Yes — including pieces without hallmarks, which we assay in-house. Heirloom pieces of numismatic interest are valued separately.
When am I paid?+
Same-day settlement by bank transfer for accepted offers, regardless of the amount.
