Optima Gold Securities was established when Christie’s sold Spink (established in 1666), the oldest coin dealer in the world, in 2002.

We’re a family company, specialising in the buying and selling of investment grade gold and silver, particularly bullion coins and LBMA-approved gold bars made by Good Delivery™ refiners. Our reputation as one of the leading bullion dealers in the UK has been built upon a continuing tradition of excellent customer service and expertise. We strive to offer our clients the best possible experience, whether you are buying or selling, and to uphold the traditional values of honesty and integrity.

We currently trade from 2 Savoy Court, metres from the Strand in the heart of the west end in London. Our gold bullion counter is open Monday – Friday 9.30am to 5.00pm and is a ‘walk-in’ service although you are welcome to book an appointment.
